• Are a verified professional in an eligible field (including law, medicine, engineering, finance, executive leadership, or entrepreneurship), as determined by our verification process
• Are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws or regulations
• Are genuinely seeking a long-term, committed relationship leading to marriage

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose risk to other users, or fail verification requirements.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against other users or our staff
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or bulk communications outside permitted features
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Platform without our written consent
• Circumvent payment, matching, or safety mechanisms we put in place

They do not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice and do not guarantee relationship success or compatibility outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions in dating and relationships.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, assessments, and other materials, is owned by VowElite or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or is otherwise harmful to the community or our operations. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which VowElite operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform may be subject to binding arbitration or exclusive courts in that jurisdiction, as further described in any supplemental dispute resolution terms we provide. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration where such waiver is permitted by law.
