Law Enforcement Guidelines

This page applies to requests from law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and courts seeking information about VowElite users or platform records. It does not apply to civil subpoenas from private parties, which are handled separately.

Send requests to support@vowelite.com with the subject line “Law Enforcement Request.” Include:

• Agency name, badge or employee ID, and direct contact phone
• Valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or search warrant as applicable)
• Specific information requested (account email, user ID, date range, etc.)
• Statement of the exigent or emergency nature, if applicable

We do not accept requests through informal channels such as social media direct messages.

Unless prohibited by law or a valid non-disclosure order, we notify affected users before disclosing their information so they have an opportunity to challenge the request. We may delay notice when legally required or in cases involving imminent harm.

In emergencies involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, law enforcement may contact us at support@vowelite.com with “Emergency Disclosure Request” in the subject line. Include sufficient detail for us to evaluate the request promptly. We review emergency requests as quickly as practicable 24/7.

Depending on the request and applicable law, we may be able to provide account registration information, profile data, verification metadata, transaction records, IP logs, and communications stored on our systems.
